MY NEW BEST FRIEND

That's right!! I'm talking about the gym!!! (this is not my gym, it's a random one of the internet) I have been going with a good friend of mine and some nights by myself. I really do enjoy working out, always have. "Time" is my problem. It seems impossible to find the time to do these things but I have learned from watching "The Biggest Loser" (love that show, so inspirational for making any kind of change not just weight loss!!) that you have to MAKE time. And I strongly believe this. I am so thankful to have Ryan in my life. He is such an amazing husband and he helps me out so much. He has no problem watching the kids so I can make time to do this. I appreciate that more than he knows. Without his support there would be no way I could take time to workout and exercise. I do still have some baby weight to lose but aside from that more than anything I just want to be healthy!!

  2. Oh geeze, I take my hate off to you. I seriously think I'm allergic to the gym at the mere sight, LOL! But maybe... just maybe I'll head over to try it out again, LOL!

  4. That is one of my resolutions for this new year! I have a treadmill, weights and a bike, so there's no reason not to use them, except lack of motivation! LOL!

  7. You go girl!! I'm getting ready to join our gym so I can go to classes in the evenings. They have Hip Hop, Bollywood, Salsa and Strip Tease (although, I'm not sure I'll dare try the last class just yet!)
