It brings tears to my eyes to see how much you care about Bentley and our family and what we are going through. I am about a week behind on my email, I will try to catch up on this tonight.
Thank you for posting this video. What an amazing song. The lyrics are so true. I will be praying for baby Bentley to stay strong throughout her surgery and come out of the surgery a much healthier and happier baby. I will continue to follow your story and pray with all my heart for Bentley.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE this song! I can't even really imagine what you must be feeling right now. But, close your eyes for a minute......can you feel that? That's all of our prayers enveloping you. That's the Lord's arms wrapped around you. He will hold you up and he will have Bentley in His hands.
ReplyDelete"Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in Heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them." Matthew 18:19-20
This song has carried me through some of the hardest times in my life thus far. I am a friend of Noelle's and have followed your design work on mysapce for a while (as well as your blog). We will lift Bently up to the Lord and we are believing for a smooth surgery and that God will use this to elevate your lives to places you never knew possible. God Bless!
ReplyDeleteFaithfully Praying,

As parents of a precious 2 1/2 year old boy who has had open heart surgery and possibly could be facing another, we know the emotions that go into it! God is good and he will comfort your family and guide the surgeons through the surgery. We are praying for a fast, successful surgery for Bentley!
ReplyDeleteI know I don't know you, but if you need company at the hospital please contact us (I'm assuming you are using TCH)!
Blessings,

I can't imagine what you are going through right now, it tears me apart knowing that you have to go through all this anxiety and that Bentley will have to go through such a major surgery so early in life.
ReplyDeleteKnow that we are loving on her and your entire family. Know that we are praying for you. Know that we are all optimistic of the outcome.
Please don't hesitate to ask for help. Whatever you need. Though hundreds of miles away, we love on Bentley as if she were our own. Whatever you need!
praying for you and your family during this "storm"

ReplyDeleteContinuing to lift precious Bentley up to the Throne of Grace. Oh, yes Lord, we will praise You in the storm. You are so worthy.
ReplyDeleteIn His Grip,

I won't even try to say what I have any idea of what your going through, because I don't. But I can tell you that I am praying for your little girls as SOO many saints are and trusting in HIM who loves her most of all.
ReplyDeletePraying for peace and comfort for you and your DH too :-)
I found your blog through a friend. My son had open heart surgery at 4 days. It was extremely scary. Unfortunately, he had to have another surgery later. We found out he had to have the second surgery and it was scheduled for a few weeks later. Those were the hardest four weeks of my life. You always take a risk with a heart surgery. Please know that your child and family as well as the doctors will be in my prayers.

Everything is going to be okay. Bentley is going to do great and be home in no time...I just feel it in my bones...it's all going to work out and she's going to do wonderfully!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLove and hugs!
Crystal I'm thinking about you and your family. I know the day is fast approaching and I can't imagine what you are going through. We're all out here for you.
ReplyDeletePlease know that there are many many people who are thinking and praying for Bentley and Your whole Family.
ReplyDeleteMy wife and I know exactly how you feel. Our little Olivia was diagnosed with TOF & Pulmonary Atresia at 2 weeks old and had her first surgery one week later. The actual day of surgery was the longest day of our lives, waiting helplessly while the surgeon worked his magic on our little peanut. It's amazing how well these little bodies can handle these difficult challenges put in front of them.
There will be difficult times following her surgery, but please remember that every hour past surgery is another step toward a healthy life. It's not going to be easy or smooth, but there will be many of us traveling that road with you.
Feel free to browse Oliviahuelsbergen.blogspot.com to see how we have dealt and are dealing with our little one's heart & health issues.

Hello,
ReplyDeleteI am new to your blog, but so glad I stopped by. We will be storming heaven for your sweet Bentley!
Our prayers for you all!
We'll be praying for you guys! You will be in great hands (God and Texas Children's - what a combination!) I have been lucky enough to see Casting Crowns sing this in concert...the words of all of their songs are so true. Take it to heart, take comfort in Him, and know there are SO many gathered praying for a wondrous outcome!
ReplyDeleteThis song says it all. I just found your button and I'm going to be praying! May God's peace just overwhelm you and your precious family!
ReplyDeleteYou guys continue to be in my thoughts and prayers!
ReplyDeleteI can only imagine the thoughts going through your mind as the day approaches. When I was 18 months old I had an open heart life saving procedure. I do not have the same congenital heart defect that your daughter has, but we like to think of ourselves as one big family. From one CHD adult to the parents of a CHD baby (beautiful baby at that!) my thoughts and prayers are with your family.
ReplyDeletehang in there knowing you are being prayed for and held in the Big strong mighty hands of God who is in control of everything.... praying for you all especially in the coming days!
