THIS IS HOW SANTA ROLLS IN TEXAS

post signature

Santa rolls in on a horse and wagon in Texas!!! Our Christmas parade was last week, we took all the kids as we do every year and they loved every bit of it!! Since Bentley was just 4 months old last year, she did not get to see all the excitement. She had a blast seeing everything and picking up candy, she caught on within minutes. She also got TONS of attention. Every single float that went by just couldn't get enough of her. She stole the show. They would all just watch her and get so excited seeing her have so much fun. I think the high school cheerleaders won the Bentley spirit award though. HA!! They were so loud with "awwws", it was very cute!! Notice the picture below. You can see these boys just loving Bentley...

That is one big Snickers bar for such a little girl!! She picked up lots of candy but she was nice enough to pass it ALL on to brother and sister.

Our Christmas parade has ALWAYS been during the evening, but they changed it up this year. We did it one Sat. afternoon. I think I like the evening better... it's tradition and you can see the lights on the floats.

It was a little hard to take pictures of this little girl. Brenna was moving so fast. She loves her candy... but it seems like it last a year because they are limited on what and how much they can have. They just love the excitement of picking candy up... and I also think a little competition is in there too. Everything is always a race with Bryson and Brenna. Who can get there first, who has the most, who buckles up first, who finishes dinner first, etc. I am sure many of you can relate!! ;) I could not get many pictures of Bryson... he was also a little too fast for mommy.

We had a great time!!! Daddy was on "Bentley Duty"... he would chase her around the whole time while I took pictures. She may be tiny but this girl is FAST!!!!!
