So I like to talk a little too much to do Wordless Wednesday... but here is the photo I would use. Although you can't see Bentley in this photo she is resting peacefully in the stroller, she was about 2 months here. To sum it all up.. "My heart is in the picture above" I love these four people more than words can describe.

Couple of other things..

- I did update yesterdays post with Bentley's Dr. visit. You can read it here at the bottom.

- I think we should have a little fun and do a giveaway.. I'm thinking about it. Basically I love to sew for a hobby, I like making Bentley cute unique little things like the bib I made her here. I love to "give" and I have been thinking long and hard for something I can do to give to other families going through similar situations. I know first hand how hard it is to go through these things in every way possible.. and I wish I could donate more useful things to help with medical bills, etc. but that is just not possible, we have a mountain high stack our self. So there are some things that I am thinking about making and sending to other families and the children's hospital we will be having our surgery at in hopes to leave them with a quick smile during their difficult journey. Just thought it might be a little fun to have a giveaway.. more details coming soon, so be watching!

  1. I love that picture; you are truly blessed with such a beautiful family :)

I just read her Dr. update and PRAISE THE LORD, that is amazing and that is just another way of God letting us know HE is in control and he is with ya'll every step of the way!!!

Can't wait to hear about your giveway details...

    Much love and prayers,

  2. A giveaway would be fun for sure! I have had so much fun making hats to both sell and give away. Sometimes I wish I had the means to just give away all of the hats I make. It has been such a special blessing to put a smile on someone's face and give them something special that I made.

  3. I am so thankful to be able to pray for your family and Bentley. It is such a blessing to be able to have the prayer button on my blog. God is good and I will continue to pray for Bentley's surgery and your family.

  4. Awe a give away would be great!!! You really do have a beautiful family and I am praying for little miss Bentley!!!!

By the way that bib is way cute, I wish I could do that.

  5. Crystal, I saw your (heart mommy) at MckMamma's blog and clicked over to check you out.. I will be praying for Bentley! I read a bit back and saw the post about changing doctor's. I'm so glad that's working out so well for you. I wanted to mention that if you're thinking about making items for babies at Children's, maybe consider bibs & burp cloths? Our son was g-tube fed and we didn't use bibs much ( a little for drooling..)

Hugs to you & beautiful Bentley!

  6. I think that idea is great! Let me know if you need some help. Maybe I can have some volunteers here help me and we can send it over to the hospital Bentley will be. I'll look forward to your update.

I love the photo by the way, I love watching my family walking ahead, it's like a brief moment that you count your blessings.

You are very lucky to be so talented and people who meet you are lucky to have met you.

  7. lovely, lovely, lovely picture.

  8. Just wanted to say hi and love your blog, I found your blog through Kelly's blog. I just laughed at the pic of your daughter playing t-ball, my son's first practice it tonight and I can see him being the same way.

  9. I am making headbands for the little heart and cancer girls at our hospital. I started them and they are turning out so cute! I would love to send one to Bentley. I am still praying for your little cutie! Take care Crystal!
