MY HEART & GIVEAWAY MAYBE

So I like to talk a little too much to do Wordless Wednesday... but here is the photo I would use. Although you can't see Bentley in this photo she is resting peacefully in the stroller, she was about 2 months here. To sum it all up.. "My heart is in the picture above" I love these four people more than words can describe.

Couple of other things..

- I did update yesterdays post with Bentley's Dr. visit. You can read it here at the bottom.

- I think we should have a little fun and do a giveaway.. I'm thinking about it. Basically I love to sew for a hobby, I like making Bentley cute unique little things like the bib I made her here. I love to "give" and I have been thinking long and hard for something I can do to give to other families going through similar situations. I know first hand how hard it is to go through these things in every way possible.. and I wish I could donate more useful things to help with medical bills, etc. but that is just not possible, we have a mountain high stack our self. So there are some things that I am thinking about making and sending to other families and the children's hospital we will be having our surgery at in hopes to leave them with a quick smile during their difficult journey. Just thought it might be a little fun to have a giveaway.. more details coming soon, so be watching!

  2. A giveaway would be fun for sure! I have had so much fun making hats to both sell and give away. Sometimes I wish I had the means to just give away all of the hats I make. It has been such a special blessing to put a smile on someone's face and give them something special that I made.

  5. Crystal, I saw your (heart mommy) at MckMamma's blog and clicked over to check you out.. I will be praying for Bentley! I read a bit back and saw the post about changing doctor's. I'm so glad that's working out so well for you. I wanted to mention that if you're thinking about making items for babies at Children's, maybe consider bibs & burp cloths? Our son was g-tube fed and we didn't use bibs much ( a little for drooling..)

Hugs to you & beautiful Bentley!

  6. I think that idea is great! Let me know if you need some help. Maybe I can have some volunteers here help me and we can send it over to the hospital Bentley will be. I'll look forward to your update.

I love the photo by the way, I love watching my family walking ahead, it's like a brief moment that you count your blessings.

You are very lucky to be so talented and people who meet you are lucky to have met you.
